Our journey began in our Auckland kitchen where founders Aisha Elzalouk and Ali Ejmal experimented with flavors, techniques, and ingredients until we created chocolates that satisfied our exacting standards. 

What started as a shared love for exceptional chocolate soon transformed into a mission: to create premium artisanal chocolates that stand apart from anything available in New Zealand.
